Bad Call...beginning in 1967, Gov. Ronald Reagan led the charge toward reducing CA Air Pollution...
CA absolutely needs those waivers, but our Conservative SCOTUS majority is happy to do the bidding of their corporate sponsors.
Anyone who had to live or drive around the L.A. Basin in the 60's and 70's knows how bad it could get without such waivers.
