Furthermore, it wasn't until Late Spring/Early Summer of 2020 that the CDC had sufficient data to realize that ~40% of COVID-19 infected persons were asymptomatic, which is a really big deal when talking about moving people around to Nursing Homes...note again that Dr. Levine's order occurred in March of 2019.
