Great example of paying for propaganda. Flu shots aren't going away.

it engenders because of it’s reputation has been found to be a big hindrance to getting people vaccinated.

The vaccine industry had already moved away from the anti fungal preservative for just this reason with less than 5% of all vaccines still using it.

By eliminating its use altogether, hesitant people can be reassured that there is no chance that they are being administered the drug.

Thimerisol was never the threat that some made of it and studies showed that multiple times. Interestingly though, the CDC refused to acknowledge the growing fear for a long time and let it fester, rather than simply responding to the concerns by doing the testing early on to reassure and deal with the reality. That approach failed to stem the fear.

We also have the Fauci Effect to deal with…….the get health agencies lied to the public during COVID on multiple fronts and thus eroded critical public trust. You don’t want acknowledge because you are a left wing political zealot.
This move takes the approach of “We hear your concern, and while we did not find the risk of Thimerisol to cause autism to be legitimate in our studies, it isn’t a critical element to vaccines, so we’ll get rid of it to ease your concerns”

The CDC panel hopes that this willimprove compliance which has dropped off after COVID further.

Your liberal preferred response is, “You’re wrong and you’ll take this fucking vaccine whether you like it or not”
You immorally did this during COVID. While this approach makes YOU feel good as a liberal, it doesn’t lead to good vaccination rates.
