Given NK's tight connection to China, bombing it risks a much greater conflict...
...thankfully, China has supported sanctions against NK for their nuclear weapons development, so we need to work closely with the Chinese in our attempts to control NK.
btw, China is a member of the IAEA...and JCPOA...all the more reason for nations to work together and seek negotiations that keep the coming increased use of Nuclear Power constrained to peaceful civilian uses...not military.
