Movie review: F1

Good, not great. Cookie cutter script (washed up, down on his luck aging star returns and butts heads with rising protege…three guesses as to how it all ends) but the race scenes are terrific and visually stunning. If you care enough to see it, probably best to go to a theater so you can be immersed in the sights and sounds.

I’m a marginal F1 fan so I don’t know how much it will appeal to those that don’t follow the sport.

Noted. Can't remember the last movie I was interested enough in to want to see it in the theater.

This certainly ain't one...

Pitt can be a good actor but this looks like typical schlock.

Except for the latest version of Snow White, of course.

Michael Moore has another one coming out about the scourge of rich people, so take note.

Top Gun II was the only movie since COVID that I've seen that I'd suggest on the big screen.

I heard they are making a third Top Gun. I haven't seen the previous two.

Saw it the day it opened. I cannot resist anything related to Zeppelin. It is now available on Netflix.

Is it better or worse than Driven? Seems like the same plot?

In general, I like Stallone better than Brad Pitt.

Just from trailers, the movie is predictable. Hollywood has lost all sense of creativity.
