Liberalism Rule #1: Accuse others of that which yourself do/are.

Dems have accused Trump of Dementia.
Dems have accused trump of talking in "word salads".
Dems now accuse Trump of offering a JCPOA type deal.
All claims are false, and the MSM and Dems who parrot the story on the Sunday talk shows KNOW that their claims are false.

But this is the liberal game plan. Accuse Republicans and Trump of the unpopular and stupid things that the liberals themselves have done. The electorate rejected them. Instead of altering their message, they simply claim that the other side is doing the things that they were rejected for doing.

The liberals have gone fully to confusion and deception. But Trump is hitting back hard with a crystal clear message.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.

supporting a robust domestic NP program, and then exporting that technology internationally...

...from a Google AI Summary of Trump's Nuclear Power Strategy...
----------------------
AI Overview
Donald Trump's nuclear power strategy, as outlined in four executive orders signed in May 2025, aims to significantly reinvigorate and expand the U.S. nuclear energy industry.
Here are the key components of this strategy:

1. Modernizing Nuclear Regulation and Speeding up Licensing:

Expedited Pathway: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will work together to reduce regulatory risks and create an expedited process for approving new reactor licenses, particularly for designs tested by the DOE or Department of Defense (DoD).

NRC Reform: The NRC will undergo a comprehensive review and reorganize to promote the expeditious processing of license applications and the adoption of innovative technology.

Time Limits: A target of 18 months has been set for the NRC to evaluate and approve new construction and operation licenses.
2. Accelerating Reactor Testing and Deployment:

Faster Testing: The DOE will revise its regulations to expedite the review and approval of reactor projects under its supervision.

Pilot Program: A pilot program will be established to build and test three advanced reactors outside of national laboratories, aiming for criticality by July 4, 2026.

3. Strengthening the Nuclear Industrial Base:

Increased Capacity: The goal is to quadruple U.S. nuclear energy capacity from approximately 100 GW in 2024 to 400 GW by 2050.

Power Uprates and New Construction: Efforts will be made to facilitate 5 GW of power uprates to existing reactors and have 10 new large reactors under construction by 2030.

Loan Programs: The DOE Loan Programs Office will prioritize funding for reactor restarts and the completion of partially built projects.

Domestic Fuel Production: The focus is on maximizing domestic production of nuclear fuel through increased mining, enrichment, conversion, and reprocessing activities.
Spent Fuel Management: DOE will explore fuel recycling and reprocessing and assess ways to efficiently transfer spent nuclear fuel for reprocessing.

4. Deploying Reactors for National Security and AI Infrastructure:

Military Installations: The DoD will build a nuclear reactor at a domestic military base, with the goal of starting operations within three years.

AI Data Centers: DOE will designate AI data centers as critical defense facilities and explore using advanced reactors to power them, with a target date of October 2027 for the first deployment.

5. Expanding the Nuclear Workforce:

Apprenticeships and Education: Emphasis will be placed on increasing participation in nuclear-related apprenticeships and education programs.
Federal Investment: Nuclear engineering and nuclear energy-related careers will be prioritized for federal investment.

National Labs: DOE will increase access to national laboratory infrastructure for nuclear engineering students.

6. Promoting U.S. Nuclear Energy Exports:

International Cooperation: The Trump administration aims to leverage federal resources to help the U.S. nuclear industry compete for international projects.
Financing and Support: Strategies will be developed to increase financing and provide technical support for foreign countries adopting nuclear energy.
Agreements for Peaceful Nuclear Cooperation: The State Department will pursue at least 20 new international agreements to open new markets for the U.S. nuclear industry.

In summary, President Trump's nuclear power strategy involves modernizing regulations, accelerating deployment, bolstering domestic capabilities, and promoting U.S. nuclear energy exports. The strategy aims to make the U.S. a world leader in nuclear energy and leverage advanced nuclear technologies for national security and economic growth. However, some sources note that the effectiveness of these executive orders will depend on their implementation and potential challenges, such as staffing and budget cuts at key agencies like the NRC and DOE.
