us unprepared and unprotected....who's going to break our enemies' codes and warn us of impending Cyber or Military attacks?...or protect our own communications?

Let's face it..wittingly...or unwittingly...Donald Trump is setting us all up for all sorts of disasters with his mindless dismantling of essential agencies...CISA...NOAA...FEMA....NIH...etc...
