I have been reading that Trump was mighty pissed when weapons were withheld from Ukraine without his knowledge and against his wishes. I wasn't sure, but this confirms it.
Ultimately, the buck stops with Trump. but at least you can take a step back on Trump's renewed commitment to Ukraine after Putins dicking around with the cease fire talks.
