The questions were “‘Were you ever told to lie about the president’s health?’ and ‘Did you ever believe President Biden was unfit to execute his duties?'”
Perfectly within his rights of course to take the 5th... but this will fuel as much wild media speculation as the vanishing Epstein list.

Legally: fraud; professionally, medical malpractice. But pleasing the 5th is pretty damning.

It has been widely rumored he was on Biden Family payroll for supporting his competence. I can
only say that it was such an obvious diagnosis that he was either incredibly incompetent (which I highly doubt), or the rumors have truth in them..his refusal to answer questions suggests the latter.
