The inevitably necessary dead wood trimming begins at the State Dept.....

In a massive effort like this, there will inevitably be a few live branches cut within all of the dead wood being removed.
Prepare for the Dems, MSM, and libs here to jump on the first case as a reason to never have done any of it.
Efforts were made to eliminate redundant services and unneeded positions as best as they could.

Deficit reduction begins with eliminating unnecessary spending on expensive, but useless bureaucrats.

On the plus side, they are about 90% Democrats with loads of Deep Staters guaranteed in the group removed. DC apartment prices should come down. Hopefully, they all look for and find meaningful employment in the real, nongovernment world of commerce and industry.
