San Jose (pop. ~1M)...after serving his maximum of two terms as SJ's Mayor, he's now representing CA District 16 in Congress.

Homelessness is a very difficult issue to deal with, so don't assume there's a quick fix that any Republican, or Libertarian, could fix in a heartbeat.

Back to the Wealth Gap...Trump pushes legislation focused on meeting all the WANTS of the Wealthy...while Democrats focus on tending to the NEEDS of those on the lower end of the Wealth Spectrum. Why to you not see this?
