Among various fraudulent acts of falsified document, Schiff claimed both of his homes (one in CA and one in MD) as the primary residence.
Trump didn't make him lie to get better mortgage rates.
It also brings up the issue of the legitimacy of his senate election if in his own words, he is a primary residence of Maryland.
Schiff has been criminally referred on charges from the federal housing administrator. Schiff, a knowledgeable lawyer who cannot claim he didn't understand what he was doing, will likely try a defense hope is statute limitations as he has been caught dead to rights on the mortgage scam.
