Maybe he should take a page from Zohran's progressive Das Kapital and have the State of California go into the burger business?

I don't think Culver's is better than In-N-Out, I just think it's different, and just as good. I also like Freddie's, but it just depends on what I want if I'm wanting a burger. We finally got a Culver's in my area so I've been going there more recently.
If I'm ever in an area with In-N-Out, I go. The closest I have to me is Houston, so the last time I had it was when I went to the A&M game.
haven't tried Culvers as yet. Given their Midwest origin, I'm guessing they're fantastic.
If you are getting a burger and fries, shack by a nose. If you are getting cheese curds or in the mood for a fish or chicken sandwich, Culvers all the way.

California remains a donor state unlike the countless welfare states.

Hell, Oakland is a shit hole all together. As the article states…crime was the reason for its closure…not sales.

The reason for closure was because of crime. There are other businesses that have left California for other reasons, but this particular case has to do with crime. I don’t think this example is a good one to prove your case.
I know Oakland very well and crime there is a genuine problem.... along with political corruption.

and no, the company didn’t close its Oakland store because of a corrupt mayor:
There are 281 locations in California. In-n-Out isn’t leaving and they’ll continue to pay California taxes.
