As for Trump...he inherits the best functioning economy on the planet (save for the GOP's insistence on NOT having Billionaires give up another yacht to help pay down the national debt)...and plays amateur economist with mind-boggling tariffs that seriously disrupt supply chain planning...thus, higher prices.
