If you’re vaccinated you can go to the cinema, have dinner at a restaurant before the cinema and work off the calories the following morning at the gym - but only if you’re vaccinated. If not, the businesses won’t let you in. How is that symbolic?

To get into the Superdome, you need to show proof of vaccination.
Cops are undercover, levying fines.
