It’s a worthwhile discussion for all those in Congress…on the GOP side there’s Mitch McConnell
freezing up for 30 seconds at a time…Chuck Grassley at 91 yrs of age,and DJT going off into long speeches about anything from Hannibal Lector to Sharks and EV batteries, along with seriously considering household disinfectants as a cure for COVID-19.
Given the obvious political implications, there won’t be a quick or easy solution.
