It's not socialism that fans these flames... it's government cooperation with business interests.

Let Zohran drive NYC into bankruptcy so they can clean out all the dead wood and start from scratch.

Duggan used increased City Income Taxes in order to fund much of his initiatives...not unlike what

Mamdani is promising to do. Would that our GOP Congress were willing to ask the wealthiest among us to put aside a fraction of their "Wants" for the "Needs" of the Vast Majority.

And he benefitted from the fact that huge debt piled up by his predecessor just got wiped clean… as did all the onerous public service union contracts. The city’s comeback is fueled by private investments.
