The man watches a hella lot of TV. It's well documented he watches cable need morning, noon and night. Whenever someone he doesnt like says something bad about him he posts on social media about it.
Just recently he posted how he hates Jessica Tarlov on the five. So how can someone who watches TV nonstop stay so busy?

A small percentage of people, usually men, can function fine on four/five hours of sleep night-after-night. If you're up for sixteen hours a day, you can get more done. You'll note that across different fields and professions, the highest-achievers tend to have this characteristic. This is one of the reasons I despise, "Work smart, not hard." The truth of the matter, which many don't want to hear, is that if you want to rise to the top of whatever you do for a living, you have to put in a ton of hours. People at the top of their fields have not and will never put in 40 hour work-weeks. They don't adhere to "work-life balance."
That's not the sign of someone aware and knowledgeable of the issues and working 16 hour days.
You can spend 12 days at Camp David in debate prep and then claim to be jet lagged or have a cold or jet lagged with a cold (let's go with that!).
You can freeze during interviews, not be able to remember people's names, stumble-mumble through the text on the teleprompter...
