Labor Sec weighs in on firing of BLS director

...and confirms that it was a good decision.
Labor Sec Chavez-DeRemer: "A recent string of major revisions have come to light and raised concerns about decisions being made by the Biden-appointed Labor Commissioner.
I support the President's decision to replace Biden's Commissioner and ensure the American People can trust the important and influential data coming from BLS."

These people are professionals, folks. Board liberals made that clear on a recurring basis, and they made it clear that they are above reproach.
The Dems may object, but I see no reason not to quote them as excellent sources of knowledgeable and informed interpretations of events in their field.

....though I thought that this would be obvious:

During the Russian Collusion Crossfire Hurricane Operation as just one example, Dems trotted out John Brennan and James Clapper et who were Obama appointees who were claimed to be apolitical and above the fray.
94 said that they were "professionals" whose words on the matter were beyond reproach. When we conservatives pointed out that they were clearly involved in this attack against Trump, 94 doubled down.
We were told that those were professionals simply because of the positions that they managed to achieve, and that political subterfuge was not possible for these people.

But now we have the shoe on the other foot, and look who will not accept that very same "They are professionals" argument? That's right, the liberals who initially made it (Liberalism Rule #2 - The rules are for thee, and not me").

I posted this for two reasons:
1) I wanted to give libs a taste of their own medicine and watch how they would claim that this is "Totally Different" (Liberalism Rule #8).
2) I thought that the Labor Secretary's review of the election year irregularities with massive revisions after the fact that always helped the Dems from this Biden appointee was helpful.

The job numbers weren’t “fudged” in favor of Trump, so he instructed his puppet to fire her. This is pretty obvious.

….like no other. Many are still having to be removed.

I’ll guarantee you this as well:
Not only have the BLS #’s been skewed under the mint of Dem loyalists, but many other vital measureables have been as well in other departments.

You people have to stop whining about Trump putting in his own people. You did this to yourselves with the Deep State. It is the only solution.

having previously served as the director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services from 2009 to 2013, and the sixth deputy secretary of homeland security from 2013 to 2016. Now, I didn’t like the guy nor do I think he did a good job.

The other two…nope and nope. Now address Trump’s second term appointments….Hegseth, Patel, Noem, Gabbard, et al.

Appointments. All I see are things that were hidden being released and Liberals clutching their pearls.

As far as Myorkas, I guess he was just incompetent since the border was a mess under his watch. Being qualified didn’t help him do the job.

I don’t see a big difference in the country with those 3 in charge. But I do see an uptick in recruiting numbers under Hegseth. He can’t be all bad if people are lining up to serve again.

As thinking people everywhere know - and I bet you do too - Trump always always always casts doubt on the integrity of anyone or any stat that he disagrees with.

It is one of the many reasons why he is so damn dangerous to the fabric of the republic.

....since we frequently see you libs here claim that various people were "appointed by Republicans, or supported in confirmation by Republicans" in order to give credibility to the person when they do something against R's, I don't see why we can't do the same. Afterall, you have clearly implied that this kind of previous support trumps all other facts.
