Diocese of Miami ministering inmates of Allligator Alcaraz, which is truly a good thing.

Similar services are available for the staff too. According to a recent report by organizations affiliated with Catholiic and Christian churches, Christians account for 80% of the inmates with 61% of those being Catholic. The report failed to say out of that 80% Christian and 61% Catholic, how many are trafficers, child rapists, murderers, active gang members, extortionists, drug and gun runners, and thieves. The article also "forgot" to mention that the "migrants" are illegal entries. The holding cells predictably were condemned by Democrats and the clergy. Archbishop Wenski of Miami complained that there are gators, snakes and mosquitoes surrounding the complex. The Knights of Columbus were outside the gates praying the Rosary, which is also a blessed act. Outreach to the poor, weak, vulnerable, imprisioned, sick, and hungry is always important and demanded by Our Lord, The inmates still need to be dealt wiith for their crimes against fellow man and dealt with they are by this administration. Promises kept.

Given that the inmates at Alligator Alcatraz have been denied Due Process, they need our prayers...

...another example of an Authoritarian Police State under Donald Trump...who, btw, qualifies for imprisonment himself.

AI Overview

No, it appears that the inmates at "Alligator Alcatraz" have not been given adequate due process. Reports indicate that detainees have limited access to legal counsel and that the facility is operating with a lack of transparency and accountability. Civil rights groups are actively suing the state over these due process concerns.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Lack of Legal Access:
Immigration lawyers report insufficient access to clients held at the facility.
Overcrowding and Poor Conditions:
Reports include overcrowded cells, overflowing toilets, and inadequate access to medications.
Fast-Tracked Deportations:
The state has sought to expedite deportations by deputizing National Guard officers as immigration judges, but this has not been federally approved.
Environmental Concerns:
A judge temporarily halted construction of the facility due to potential environmental impact, as it was built without a required environmental review.
Lack of Transparency:
County officials have expressed frustration with the lack of communication and transparency from the state regarding the facility's operations.
These issues raise serious concerns about whether detainees are being afforded their basic legal rights, including the right to counsel and a fair hearing.

If we know they're here illegally they've already been due processed by definition
