While the article is from 1-1/2 yrs ago...it is 100% relevant to all the ICE and NG activities going on right now...i.e. it deals with DJT's killing of the hard fought Border Security and Immigration Bill that would have addressed every facet of those issues...thus negating any need for the abuses we're seeing being carried out across the country.

Seething? I haven't heard any Republicans who are upset that the border is closed and
illegal criminals are being sent back to where they came from.
There’s no money from Trump for processing the millions of hard working undocumented immigrants
already in the U.S….or Judges to apply Due Process for deportations…or High Tech Fentanyl Scanners at Border Checkpoints…or many other facets of our Border Security/Immigration system.
Meanwhile, Trump…a Convicted Criminal himself, opens our prisons to allow violent criminals to roam free across the country.
