ND, as with all elite institutions, has a lot of Affirmative Action liberalist racism built into it's admissions. It is a necessary and just thing to remove them and let people be evaluated on merit.

Academia's response to the SCOTUS ruling in 2023 has been simply to ignore it and rework their questions to achieve the same results of discriminating in favor of certain races and against others.

This letter simply asks ND to provide the data to prove its' claim. Fr. Dowd is an honest man, though he could easily be lied to by underlings. Show them what you have asserted to be true, ND. Make me proud that you have complied.

It starts with forced compliance with the laws, including laws that prohibit discrimination.

With a daughter starting at ND in the fall as a freshman, it's interesting to see how they position things. There's clearly a focus on increasing minority enrollment, and all the brochures and marketing materials heavily over-represent minorities versus the average student, which is a white Catholic kid.

ND is also introducing a 30-90 second video clip with its applications, I'm sure in part to allow for racial assessment, much as UC schools in CA did in the 90s when it banned affirmative action, and they introduced a "background questionnaire" geared to asses racial background.

...I can guarantee you that they will see a massive drop off in contributions that the football success will not be able to mask.

It is a simple request - treat everyone fairly.

The daughter of a rich lawyer should not get into ND over the sone of a poor electrician because she is black and female while he is white and male. That is a common scenario, sadly. The school wants to get the best minority candidates to keep their admittance stats high, but this of course means that they are shopping down an aisle of the well to do.
They are looking at skin color first - it is wrong.
