Ask them which Muslim country is free. Not a one. In fact, Neither Gaza or the West Bank are free and it has nothing to do with Israel. Both are ruled by authoritarian regimes.

I just tell them there is no country called Palestine
That usually gets them livid.
They get even angrier when I tell them that they should tell the Hamas leaders to release all of those billions of dollars in money, food, medicine, etc., that they're hoarding and / or selling in order to buy yachts.
Either that, or they'll use it to buy missiles to launch against the civilian populace...
You don't see too many Muslim refugees fleeing to other Muslim countries. They come west.

The Rads have a terrible track record with women.
Not all Muslims are whack asses. But indeed far too many of them are.
