...from the attached article...these results don't spell "Winning" for GOP Mid-Term Candidates...
-----------------------
(The Hill) — President Trump is seeing a growing disapproval rating among Americans seven months into his second White House term, according to a Friday survey.

The Economist/YouGov poll found that 40% of Americans “strongly or somewhat” approve of Trump’s handling of the presidency. More than half of U.S. adults, 56%, said they “strongly or somewhat” disapprove of the president’s job. Some 4% were not sure when asked.

Most Democratic voters disapprove of Trump, while most Republicans approve of his handling of the presidency.

Trump’s highest approval rating is among those 65 years old and older, with nearly half, 48 percent, saying they “strongly or somewhat” approve of his work as president. The lowest share was among those ages 18 to 29, with nearly a third, 29%, stating they “strongly or somewhat” approve of his White House tenure.

Just under a quarter of Americans, 23%, said they “strongly approve” of Trump’s work as president, while 47% said they “strongly disapprove,” the poll found. The last Economist/YouGov survey conducted during former President Biden’s presidency found that 56% of U.S. adults strongly approved or disapproved of him. Thirty-nine percent, said they somewhat approved or disapproved.

Nearly all Americans, 95%, who identified themselves as “very liberal” strongly disapprove of Trump, while 72% of U.S. adults who called themselves “very conservative” strongly approve of the commander-in-chief.

A Reuters/Ipsos survey from earlier this month found that 40% of respondents approved of Trump’s handling of the presidency, down 7 points from the start of his second term.

In the average of surveys from Decision Desk HQ, the president currently has a 45.6 % approval rating and a 51.1% disapproval rating.

A Pew Research Center poll, released in mid-August, found that Trump’s current job approval rating is at 38%.

The Economist/YouGov poll was conducted from August 15-18 among 1,568 U.S. adults. The margin of error was around 3.5 percentage points.

Looks like things were going great until COVID and then someone juiced the government spending after shutting everything down... AND, the numbers during JB's dormancy need to be adjusted downward to account for inflation.

Fueled Financial Near Depression, while Biden successfully navigated us out of the COVID-19 and Putin War Fueled Inflation Increase (note the profit-making use of our SPR transactions).

The recent volatility in the stock markets has been solely the result of totally unnecessary tariffs by Trump...the markets were steadily rising to new highs during JB's administration...then came the 'Corrupt' gaming of the markets (my opinion...shared by others) by DJT with sudden tariffs...then pauses...then 'Deals'...then more changes...ALL generated with timing known only to Trump, who happened to 'invest' $100M in bonds that could be affected by tariffs, just two days after being inaugurated. It's anyone's guess as to how many 'Short Sales' he's made prior to his tariff announcements...too bad he had the SEC delay for a year any reporting of such transactions...Hmmm, INDEED.

When are you going to learn never to trust an unrepentant Felon, Rapist, Fraud, Insurrectionist who Colludes with Vladimir Putin?
