There have been NO murders in DC since the NG came in...many people are presently alive because of this chaos control that would otherwise have been killed. The homeless mess in main plazas has been cleaned up as have parks. Homeless shelters have been made available to these people (though they will not be able to use or sell drugs in the shelters which was why themany were choosing to live in tents and boxes. You have watched the chaos and done nothing for years. Trump is moving to protect the citizens who do not feel safe moving about their neighborhoods....they don't get to hang with you when your staying in the Georgetown district.

It wasn't that he simply "did his job and wrote a preliminary report", that turned out to be grossly inaccurate and just happened to work against Trump. It was that the classified prelim report was leaked.
A detailed investigation suggests that he is the likely source of the leak.
Leaking classified material to the media is a crime.
