The perils of Dem catering to the whims of voters in deep blue states

The "national" polls are far out of sync with those in the Northeast coast. Illinois and Minnesota and the West Coast.

It also hurts their cause that these are media centers that distort the weight of their glam politicians.

There is no room for a modern day Bill Clinton to emerge.

The problem with polling is that the public is mercurial and can be swayed easily by dishonest media

Not to mention that polling can be managed to produce certain outcomes, and people want free shit

The American public about Trump’s own “Big Beautiful Lie” that the 2020 election was stolen…and spending $787M so that they could keep on doing the same thing.

As for polling, Trump sure believes in it …witness him authorizing his campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, giving Internal Polling data to the Russians prior to the 2016 election.

You’ve known about all this for years, but still support Trump… guess you really could care less for the country you live in.

That's right, you still think Biden got 81 million votes in 2020. Lay off the MSNow and NPR.

Judges say Biden did get 81M votes and won the 2020 election over Trump...not just me.

Petulance isn't going to get you anywhere....;-)

Local media is more influential than the national.

Go listen to local news in California and then to local news in Texas. Totally different!

The issue is... are they each catering to their respective listeners or are they influencing their opinions?

When you watch Chicago local news, you might as well be watching left leaning national.

NW Indiana has no local TV outlets and only two weak 3k watt radio stations, so Chicago local TV and radio it is. I look for the weather and sports. That's about it.

I recall when Don Lemon was a local CHI reporter & then anchor. Not exactly down the middle.
