Thoughts on Ryder Cup Captain's picks?
I respect Keegan for not playing himself despite being top 12 player and currently in good form.
But, he understands the importance of being the Captain of the ship vs a player.
Despite the deference owed to the top 12 in point system, I firmly believe that pick the 6 players who give the US the best chance at the chosen venue.
Not sure I would have picked Morikawa, who is not playing well.
Hoping Trump and the assholes chanting "USA! USA! USA!" don't make me root for Europe.

There's enough talent on the team, but Europe is no push over...Keegan's decision to focus on pairings and leadership was a smart one and will be pivotal. Having played Bethpage Black several times back in the day, I'm going to enjoy watching this year's Ryder Cup.
