Here's a clue: The majority for this decision consisted of one Republican appointee and six Democratic appointees while the dissent were Obama appointees Richard Taranto and Raymond Chen and George W. Bush appointees Kimberly Moore and Sharon Prost. Trump has not appointed any judges to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
THIS issue is far more critical that any of the nonsense debated in this forum.
It's still the economy stupid.
