If you've been to Eastern Europe you understand that it is very very caucasian and hyper straight.
These folks are not terrified about the threat of another Napoleon or Hitler... their anxiety concerns fantasy threats to their sense of identity from the mixing of cultures and races and the sexual ambiguities in the modern world.
Dictators have always exploited these types of fears.... but they are like King Canute trying to demand the tides of history to recede.
