I'm at. Just thought it was weird how often folks bring up race here on an anonymous message board.

He was sharing a yarn about a Hispanic friend in Arizona pulled over "for no reason" and continued with the "systemic racism" tripe, preaching to the kids, with the social justice warrior band teacher giving the amens. I asked him in front of the kids if our justice system is then systemically sexist against men, because our prisons are over 90% male. Silence. Amid all that insanity at the time, I wanted the kids to hear a skeptical voice and to hear it challenged.
I'm glad you brought this up, because you folks depend on intimidating people into silence. That is becoming less and less effective, and you guys know it.

Also, I call BS on your story but that's for another time.
is not one of them.

all those kids. Men all over the earth are by nature more aggressive…whereas Racism is a learned fault…there are innumerable examples of very young kids joyously playing with others of different races.
Thank your Teacher’s Union that you kept your job.

ND's DEI program, which the DOE argues violates Title VII (and I assume Title VI) is beyond just the selection process. The school's program has a number of advantages awarded based on race both at and after the initial selction phase.
Link: from the observer - there's also a more recent article, but couldn't find it
Do you agree that people should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin?
Or, do you disagree with MLK?
I imagine someone complained and it's why the IN AG is investigating their DEI program. The BBB leaves religious college endowments alone, but ND should be careful in that their tax exemption could be challenged.
There's a large segment of the giving population there that don't appreciate the DEI nonsense.

nothing to do with me…I’m just pointing out your incredible disconnect from Notre Dame. The fact that you won’t address it is confirmation enough.
is not rooted in Catholicism and is not protected from a tax-exemption perspective as such. I would also tell them that they are risking the exemption of their endowment pursuing something that is per se illegal and in fact they are under investigation by the IN AG exactly for this illegal program.
Your ignorance on this matter is telling.

…do not.
The purpose for his presence here is readily apparent.
(Certainly can’t control his giddiness over the ascendance of a Mamdani.)
true...you just can't handle the truth...that's your problem. Oh, and I've repeatedly invited opposing opinions on those references...but they never come...not surprising, since you and others have nothing to rebut them, and frankly know you're on the wrong side of the issues...btw, those invites are still open...man up and stand your ground if you really want to challenge what I have to say...I'm here.

that issue and went public with their reasoning, and COMMITMENT to it...even in the face of criticism...that spells "Bedrock Values" to me, but others are free to quibble about terminology if they so choose...won't change a thing when it comes to supporting DEI.
Like that somehow bolsters his argument, he has zero self awareness.
