I'm sure there were no detectable alarm bells with this man who was just looking for an opportunity.
Unfortunately, our Supreme Court established a precedent that anyone who makes it onto American soil, no matter how deviant, is entitled to the same due process as you or me. The taxpayers should not be on the hook for housing, feeding, and trying this specimen. He should be placed on an inflatable raft, with a ring of lit cherry bombs attached to his neck, and set on his way back to his actual home. It should be at the discretion of the federal government and the states when to extend due process protections to illegal aliens charged with crimes. I would wager that 70% of Americans agree with this position.
