From the new evidence released, it sounds like the gay lover didn’t know until afterwards. But there were online discord gamers who were boldly announcing that Kirk was going to get a big surprise on 9/10 along with other very concerning posts. I want to hit this violence as hard and thoroughly as possible without more killing.

What about the idea of the punishment being greater than the crime because the victim never asked to
be killed, especially since there is no remorse shown. I think that might deter some.
