shut down and it’s false information that the head of the fcc stated live on a podcast, ABC and Disney can do this the hard way or the easy way noting Kimmel should not be aired - then hours later his show is cancelled.

FCC took no action, ABC did. Even if the FCC had taken action, ABC would have legal recourse. ABC made the decision, this is who you should be angry with.
