Looks like a commemorative coin like those made by the Treasury Dept. for other presidents.
Obama had one for each term, both of which are shown below, both of which were made while he was in office. Biden had one, too. So did many other presidents. They are made from different metals (gold, silver, bronze).
Somehow I doubt the image shown of the Trump coin will make it onto actual currency (as opposed to a commemorative coin), but we shall see. They could, I suppose, decide to continue the presidential quarter series, but again, we shall see.
