Putin does this all the time - he deploys security forces from far away, so they won’t have any local sympathy.
Same with the Chinese - they troops that stormed Tiananmen were from distant provinces.
I’m just so glad you guys have assured me that, despite all the things he does that are exactly like what every other dictator does, he is not a dictator. Whew!
And remember: there is no crisis in Portland. But there will be, if hundreds of NG show up.

Oregon is weak up the middle, and Texas won't be needing their NG anymore now they are out of CFP.

I disagree with Trump on this one. He should leave Portland alone and make it a magnet for illegals.
