Chris is correct that the poverty rate is higher in rural areas. Hensou is right that the number of people is higher in metro areas.

Chris is right that poverty is not confined to the city, Hensou is right that the amount of poor in a city is likely to be larger than the total poor in rural areas.

I don't know that I agree with Hensou that the only reason that red states use Obamacare is because of the blue cities in them, it would be better if we had actual numbers that showed the rates at which rural and metro poor used the service.
