Smith is up on a criminal indictment now. The court system will be doing that.
I would hope that you would know that.
A congressional hearing has no legal teeth (see Comey, Brennan, Wray, Etc.). Such an event could, however, interfere with a prosecution. Esp if witnessed by a future jury pool.
Why are you worried? The case will be in a heavily Dem area. You’ll get an OJ jury (or should I say, a Manhattan type jury?).
