national problem that needs Congressional assistance. Here's what a two term Mayor of CA's third largest city has to say about it. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone in the GOP provide such an analysis...and plan...based on real world experience...as well as success.

btw, he's now the Congressional Representative for CA's 16th District
