My post was in response to Hensou's questioning the legal rights of "Criminals"...in general...
...and after a brief internet search I found that they do have full rights of Due Process, etc....feel free to correct me. As for Trump 'Obliterating' foreign nationals on the high seas based only on suspicion of criminal behavior, it strikes me as Lawless...especially when no oversight (e.g. "Gang of Eight") has been applied. Again, if you have legal precedent for it, please share.
