I doubt it, but I hope so. We need to cut EVERY spending program gradually like that.
And by EVERY I mean every single spending program.

Maybe by cutting SNAP, more will start filling out job applications.
And maybe we can filter out all non citizens from this program. Leaves more for the folk who really truly need help.

A judge just said to spend the money. We don't need Congress anymore. Judges can set spending.
Maybe the Trump admin should file a lawsuit to get a judge to order the troops to be paid.
Maybe they can get a judge to just approve/require the continuing resolution.
