Kamala Harris & a majority of House Democrats want juveniles to be able to vote.
I can't imagine why juvenile's should be voting either. If anything, we should raise the voting age to 21 unless the person can show they are an independent adult (e.g., by showing a military ID, or proof of rental lease or mortgage obligations in their name). Personal opinion, of course.

Ned's "juveniles" remark was about the push from some left-leaning politicians (including Harris) to lower the voting age to 16. THOSE are juveniles. Not the 18-year-olds serving our country.
Further, in his suggestion that the voting age should be raised to 21, he specifically mentioned qualifiers like military I.D.'s.
