on the evening of Jan. 5, 2021, Trump's Chief of Staff was in contact with architects of the "Fake Elector Scheme", as well as Rudy Giuliani and Roger Stone, who was also connected with leaders of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys...persons who would later be found guilty of "Seditious Conspiracy" for their participation in the Jan. 6th attack on the U.S. Capital building where the official conclusion of the 2020 election was taking place.
The existence of that War Room, populated with planners and executors of the Capitol attack and communications with the White House Oval Office demonstrates premeditation for it by the only person who would benefit...Donald J. Trump.

We have testimony...under oath...that hasn't been refuted...of communications between Mark Meadows
and people in a Willard Hotel "War Room" who were subsequently convicted of "Seditious Conspiracy" to overturn the 2020 election. There is no way on earth that Meadows did this without the knowledge and approval of Donald Trump...and a Grand Jury has indicted Trump for his involvement with that Insurrection. BTW, the indictment can still be carried out, once DJT leaves office. As an American...wouldn't you like to know what that Grand Jury knows?
There is more than enough evidence to establish "Probable Cause" that Trump did indeed attempt to overthrow the 2020 election...those BBC execs should have clearly noted the "pending" legal proceedings and let the public come to the same conclusion that the Grand Jury did...Trump needs to be tried for his involvement.
