The Dems lost the election, and their big play was to ruin the government. There were a few more Dems left with a conscience.
That CNN article is exceptionally well written...in the court of public opinion, Trump has shown
himself to be a callous and uncaring President by his statements and actions during the shutdown...and should he actually follow through on ending ACA credits, his sycophants will pay the price in Nov. 2026...along with a GOP Presidential candidate who supports him in 2028...
As MTG's split with DJT over those ACA credits has shown, Red Districts and States will flip if Trump doesn't learn the lesson from this shutdown...we'll have to wait and see what happens next.
