punishment is not his decision, nor is it for him to publicly shout his opinion to put his thumb on the scale of justice. - it’s up to the courts, you know, the way it was when Jack Smith was tabbed to look into trump’s theft and the hiding of classified US documents in his residence. It wasn’t up to Biden to publicly allot punishment, it would have gone through the courts.
