We don’t want our military personnel to have to ponder which orders are “unlawful?”
Yet so many of you are content to allow Lt. Calley to massacre civilians if ordered to ….. by our Commander in Chief.

The NYT cited Adm. Holsey and the Senior JAG Attorney who retired and were overruled, respectively,
for questioning the legality of the Caribbean strikes...they definitely have knowledge and standing in any discussion of this particular issue.
