Misleading. He didn’t blame Trump. He blamed COVID.
Look at what he said, not the headline.

When Biden took office in January 2021, the annualized CPI was at 1.4% but got as high as 9.1% in June of last year -- a record high -- before coming back down. The CPI sits at 6.5% as of December.
This is the same thing Trump does and every president has done in a long time, it's no different.

You're stuck on subjective interpretations, read my posts within the context of the OP.
And it's the actions taken due to the pandemic, not the pandemic itself that caused the inflation.
The fact of the matter is that our inflation was due to COVID-19's impact on Supply Chains, and
the pandemic was already a year old when Biden took office. later exacerbated by Putin's attack on Ukraine...see my earlier post with a link to the Fed's statement acknowledging that fact...JB didn't cause it...but it did decrease to <3% on his watch.
