Sounds like Rob Reiner and his wife were stabbed to death tonight at their home, possibly by son.
I know he has been pilloried by conservatives, but I will say this: back in 2004, my father was catching a flight and there, in line is Rob Reiner. My dad went up to him and started talking politics with him. Reiner was cool, had a long conversation with my dad, with no airs about him, whatsoever.

Horrific
Brilliant filmmaker with a genius, comedic mind. Good grief - Stand By Me, A Few Good Men, Princess Bride, Spinal Tap (maybe the greatest movie ever made and I will not debate this...though it was stained a bit by the recent Spinal Tap II), When Harry Met Sally, Misery.... unbelievable body of work.
