What was Your most memorable or favorite non-political event of 2025…!?
For me -
My anniversary week in Mexico City. Over these last 20 years I heard the city was a great cultural spot; food, architecture, art, historic and friendly walking city. I finally took the plunge. The visit far exceeded any and all expectations. Can’t wait to go back.

Relishing peace and quiet ... whenever it presents itself.
Sitting on the front porch with my wife at dusk enjoying a glass of wine; walking nine holes with my mates; or the solitude of a beautiful drive to the eastern shore while listening to a great novel on Audible.
Such times are the most enjoyable and memorable. I feel blessed to experience them.
The birth of my granddaughter.
She came 9 weeks early. My daughter had a dramatic hemorrhage and lost 2 1/2 liters of blood. If you google that, you know if you are not at a good hospital, the outcome is sub optimal.
Both mom and daughter (Lily) are doing well 5 months later.
Jim, we don’t agree on much (I love your taste in music), but thanks for the question.
