Although I’d agree maybe there is some way to capture the rainwater that falls in La without disturbing the ecosystem at the shoreline though I’m sure it’s been an issue and looked at for decades.

They’ve seen fire and they’ve seen rain. Seen sunny days that they thought would never end.
I don’t think most people would wish a disaster on them.
Especially at Christmas. But I agree that they do seem to be their own worst enemy.
