I feel like no Christians i know go anymore.

But, the Church needs more talented priests. Lots of dead weight.

Folks (especially the young ones) need to be inspired and moved by the message.

Absolutely true...for a long time in our parish, the Pastor related the readings to modern day life,

and no joke, his Sunday evening Mass was Standing Room Only. Years later, when he passed away there were a couple of thousand in attendance at his Memorial Celebration. He had an uncanny ability to remember virtually everyone's name and greeted them warmly...sometimes with a friendly 'punch' in the shoulder...Never any 'Pontifications' in his homilies.
